Last night, we gathered for free yoga and reflected on a powerful reminder:

“Growth isn’t this comfortable, miraculous thing. It can get ugly, it can get confusing. It’s gritty, it’s hard.”

As we recognize Su***de Prevention Month, this message is especially meaningful. Life can bring difficult and confusing seasons, but we don’t have to navigate them alone. Taking time to pause, connect with ourselves and others, and find what brings meaning and happiness into our lives can be an important part of our overall well-being.
