Trillium Services is a leader in providing person-centered services for people with developmental disabilities and other related conditions. Our philosophy moves beyond traditional models of service by promoting self-determination and community inclusion as a way of achieving personal outcome goals and objectives. Everyone wants to have the life they dream of and our goal is to help make those dreams possible. Trillium provides support services tailored to each individual's need. These support services are by design and may be provided in a variety of settings including: an individual's home, a licensed foster care home, an employment setting, a family home or another community location.

Jim is one of 4 winners throughout the state of Minnesota for the ARRM Cares Award. Each year ARRM recognizes DSPs who represent outstanding and extraordinary dedication, innovation and skill. Please take a moment to help us congratulate Jim.

Over the past 13 years, Jim has shown that he truly cares about the people he supports and helping them reach their dreams. Jim focuses on what the person truly wants, what their goals are, and always keeps what the person wants and needs at the forefront of conversation when discussing what is next. Jim works with a variety of people, and everyone enjoys his company! Jim is versatile, he understands that every person has different wants and needs, and he does a great job recognizing what those are.
