More summer fun!

And that’s a wrap! Last day for full day classes is today and half days were last Thursday. Have a great summer!

Stowe preschoolers were trying to move large rocks to look for worms. Miss Tina showed them how to make a lever with a fulcrum (log) and beam (flat piece of wood). The children moved their lever to each big rock and taught new friends how to use it. Science and math in action!

Springtime science is magical! Piedmont preschoolers had 9 painted lady butterflies hatch.

Many of our classrooms get to create amazing art with local BIPOC artists over nine weeks with a celebration art show the tenth week. This is the 5th year of our BIPOC Artist in Residency program and it’s been so valuable for the children, families and artists!
