Meet Megan Tchida. Megan recently accepted a promotion with the REM Arrowhead team transitioning from a Float Direct Support Professional to a Program Supervisor role. She has been a lifelong resident of the Duluth area, and has been a part of the REM team since February 2022. “I look forward to learning my new role, ensuring our individuals are happy and healthy, and getting our individuals into more community engagement activities.”

When Megan isn’t working, she enjoys playing games, spending time with friends and family, fishing, hunting, and snuggling with her puppy, Kali. Megan also loves to travel to new, exciting places. Congratulations, Megan! We are so happy to have you in your new position!

Meet Molly Hastings. Molly recently joined the REM Arrowhead team as a Program Director. She recently moved to Cloquet from the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan. “I enjoy exploring new places and restaurants and my favorite hobby of all time is agate picking! I also love jokes, so if you see me around, tell me your best one!” Molly is looking forward to being a member of the REM Arrowhead team and seeing all Duluth has to offer. Welcome to the team, Molly! We are so happy to have you!

Meet Grace Tonn. Grace recently joined the REM Arrowhead team as a Program Director. She has been a lifelong resident of Northern Minnesota and just recently moved into a new home in Carlton with her Husband. “I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve our individuals and support my team to the best of my ability.”

When Grace isn’t working she enjoys summer and winter sports like hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, and snowshoeing. “I love to be active and also enjoy spontaneous road trips!” Welcome to REM Arrowhead, Grace! We are so happy to have you on our team!

We want to give a very special shout out to Program Director, Kelly Moyer, for putting together these adorable thank you baskets and window clings for DSP Appreciation Week. Thank you for everything you do for the team members you support, Kelly. We are so happy to have you on the REM Arrowhead team!

On the anniversary of September 11th, we remember and honor those who lost their lives, their families, and our first responders.
