Lowell to Lakewalk

We're excited to announce the construction of a beautiful new walkway that will allow accessibility throughout Duluth. Starting from Lowell Elementary school and ending down at the Lakewalk that borders the great Lake Superior. The section of the walkway between the Blue Stone Loft apartments to the Mount Royal Shopping Center off of Woodland Ave is being designed by UMD students.
