Last night members of Truck 2 conducted a drill on forcible entry and searching. Training on this helps us sharpen our skills and be prepared for any situation we may come upon. Big thank you to Squad co. 1 for allowing us to use their forcible entry prop.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Truck Company 2 Ex-Chief Allan Draper.

Allan joined The Dumont Fire Department in 1972, served as Chief of Department in 1989 and spent 27 active years with the department before becoming a Life Member with Truck Company 2 in 1999.

Please keep Allan and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Rest In Peace, Chief, we have the watch from here.
