π©ΊπThis week, our team at Lifeline EMS rolled up their sleeves for hands-on training focused on strengthening their knowledge and practical skills in ALS procedures including IVs, airway management, patient assessment, and documentation. This scenario-based training helps increase clinical decision making and helps them to elevate the care they provide out in the field.
π Just as important as the technical skills was the conversation around mentorship. In EMS, learning never stops, and the strongest teams are built when experienced providers share their knowledge, encourage growth, and help elevate one another's professionalism. By investing in each other, we continue building a culture of excellence that benefits both our team and the patients we serve.
π A special thank you to Lauren D'Souza for dedicating her time, knowledge, and expertise to lead this training. Your commitment to educating, mentoring, and empowering our team is greatly appreciated and helps make us stronger providers every day.
π We're proud of our crew's dedication to continuous learning, professional growth, and supporting one another on the journey to becoming the very best in EMS.
