📢 NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING CANCELLATION

Please be advised that the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for October 21, 2026 has been canceled.
The Commission is continuing to gather information and organize agenda items to ensure that the topics under consideration are thoroughly prepared for discussion. Additional time is needed to complete these preparations so that the next meeting can be as productive and informative as possible.

📢 NOTICE TO DUNDEE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS

We have received several questions regarding Michigan Absent Voter Ballot Applications that are currently being delivered door-to-door.

Please be advised that Dundee Township is NOT going door-to-door distributing these applications. They are being distributed by a third-party organization and are not being delivered by Dundee Township staff or election workers.

However, the applications do list the correct Dundee Township Clerk’s Office return address. Residents who choose to complete and return an application may mail it to the address provided, and our office is receiving those returned applications.

We simply want residents to know that the door-to-door distribution itself is not being conducted by Dundee Township.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding an Absent Voter Ballot Application you received, please contact the Dundee Township Clerk’s Office directly.

For the past eight years, Dundee Township residents have invested in safer, smoother, and longer-lasting roads through the Road Millage Program. More than 122 miles of Township Roads have been improved, preserved or rehabilitated across the community!

Take a look at the miles of Township road improvements completed each year:
