Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides: 24-hour skilled nursing care, post-acute rehabilitation, memory care, respite/short-term care.

Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for 12-hour overnight shifts. Join a close-knit nursing team dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

💰 $28.25–$31.35/hour, depending on experience
➕ Additional $1.50/hour overnight differential
🎉 Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
🕖 Full-Time | 7 p.m.–7:15 a.m.

• Provide nursing care based on resident assessments and care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, enteral feedings, and IV therapies
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Document care accurately and supervise Nursing Assistants
• Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
