Due to a Health Department-mandated closure, the Durant Swimming Pool will remain closed again today. All remaining public swim times for today are canceled.

We expect to reopen tomorrow and resume our normal schedule. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The City of Durant Swimming Pool will be closed Tuesday, June 9, for maintenance.

As a result, all public swim times are canceled for the day.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete necessary maintenance to keep the facility safe and enjoyable for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you back soon! 💦☀️

Now is your chance to find out! We are bringing the magic of ocean exploration right here to Durant. Join us for a Discover Scuba event and take your first breaths underwater in a safe, controlled, and incredibly fun environment!

📅 Event Details
When: Saturday, June 13

Session 1: 9:00 AM – 10:15 AM

Session 2: 10:30 AM – 11:45 AM

Where: Durant City Pool

Who: Ages 8 and up!

Cost: $50 per participant

⚠️ HURRY! Space is strictly limited to only 16 total spots (8 per session) to ensure everyone gets personalized attention and plenty of pool time.

👨‍👦 Parents of Younger/Smaller Adventurers:
To ensure maximum safety and fun, we ask that an adult be ready to hop in the pool to assist the instructor for younger or smaller kids.

Bonus: The adult assistant does not have to pay a registration fee (unless you decide you want to put on the scuba gear and dive in yourself!).
