Behind every memorable dining experience is a team dedicated to quality, consistency, and hospitality — and Chef Logan Brown brings that passion to Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar every day. 🔥
“As Chef de Cuisine of Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar, my focus is creating more than just great food — it’s creating an experience guests remember. I’m passionate about consistency, quality, and making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is something we’re proud of. I love building strong teams, mentoring young cooks, and creating an atmosphere where both the staff and guests genuinely enjoy being there. For me, great food is important, but the energy, hospitality, and experience around it matter just as much. Our Cajun Chicken Alfredo (pictured below) is definitely one of my favorites to make. A lot of love goes into making this dish, take time to perfect it!”
Thank you, Chef Logan, for the passion and leadership you bring to the kitchen every day! 👏
