Endings and closures are hard but can also be great! As hard as it is to say goodbye as owners of The Kids Play Co. in Richardson, TX… there are new beginnings for the NEW owners in Oklahoma!! The entire business (toys, name, structures, website and all) will move and their opening is still TBD. We wish them the best of luck!!!

We also want to take the time to say a huge THANK YOU for all the love and support over the years and especially these last few weeks. We continue to get messages, calls, people stopping by, emails, gift cards, and much more. Its overwhelming to hear and read about such an amazing impact The Kids Play Co. has been in the lives of kids (and parents). Thank you from the Downs family.

It saddens us to write and post this, but we will be closing The Kids Play Co. Our last week to play, attend a class or birthday party will be next week! We have fought hard and looked at many options to try and stay open for your kids to play, have a party, attend classes, enjoy events and much more… but we just couldn’t stay open any longer.

We have loved owning The Kids Play Co. and providing a fun environment for both kids and adults. We’ve enjoyed making connections, laughing, learning, and teaching each and everyone one of you. We will miss being a part of the lovely community, seeing your families grow, and making friends along the way.

We will be selling off inventory and equipment over the next 2 weeks as we need to have everything out by June 30th!

Thank you for your love and support over the last 3 1/2 years. We will miss you and wish you the best! ❤️👋🥹
