On Saturday, November 21, roll up your sleeves and join us in a cozy 19th-century kitchen for a hands-on sausage-making workshop. Work alongside costumed staff to learn traditional techniques as you prepare several of our tried-and-true historic recipes from start to finish.
We’ll be making Bratwurst, Yankee Breakfast Sausage, Swedish Potato Sausage, and more. Sample what you make and take some home with you to enjoy later!
