On Wednesday, we celebrated how sweat equity, hard work, and regional collaboration can turn the dream of homeownership into reality for the locals who make Eagle County thrive! Dozens of happy homeowners, smiles for miles, tears of joy, and incredible views of the Gore Range made it a celebration to remember. 🏔️🏡😊🔑✂️🎉

Housing Eagle County was proud to stand alongside our friends at Habitat Vail Valley, the Town of Vail - Government, Triumph Development, and our new neighbors to officially cut the ribbon at Timber Ridge Village. Our $5.75M investment helped make 15 deed-restricted homes possible, allowing these new residents and future generations of Eagle County locals the opportunity to live, work, and play in the place they love. 🤝❤️
