The Eagle Town Hall will be closed to in-person customer and resident access on Friday, September 25th due to an HVAC replacement project. As part of this upgrade, our rooftop units are being replaced with new technology that will fully electrify Town Hall.

While the building will be closed, administrative staff will be working remotely and remain available to assist you by phone and email. For assistance, please call 970-328-6354. If you have questions or need to speak to an Eagle Police Department officer, please call non-emergent dispatch at (970) 479-2200. To request a copy of a police report, please call (970) 328-6351.

This project will also impact parking in the area:
- Town Hall Parking Lot CLOSED: Saturday, September 26th for Crane Access
- Diagonal Parking Spaces on Second Street Between Broadway and the Alley CLOSED: Friday, September 25 – Saturday, Sept. 26 to accommodate project vehicles and site access

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete these building improvements and work through the temporary parking impacts. We appreciate your flexibility as we continue investing in Town facilities and infrastructure.

El Ayuntamiento de Eagle estará cerrado al acceso presencial para clientes y residentes el viernes 25 de septiembre debido a un proyecto de reemplazo del sistema HVAC. Como parte de esta modernización, las unidades ubicadas en la azotea serán reemplazadas por nueva tecnología que permitirá la electrificación total del Ayuntamiento.

Aunque el edificio estará cerrado, el personal administrativo estará trabajando de forma remota y seguirá disponible para ayudarle por teléfono y correo electrónico. Este proyecto también afectará el estacionamiento en el área:

Espacios de estacionamiento diagonales en Second Street, entre Broadway y el callejón, CERRADOS: viernes 25 de septiembre al sábado 26 de septiembre, para permitir el acceso al sitio de trabajo y el estacionamiento de vehículos del proyecto.

Eagle Police Department is excited to host this year's first Chill with a Cop! Come hang out with your local police officers and enjoy some free frozen treats, while supplies last. Chill with a Cop will take place on Saturday, June 20th 2026, from 4:30pm-6:30 pm at the Terrace Park in the Terrace Neighborhood in Eagle. Hope to see you there!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our third annual Cops and Bobbers event. It was a great day filled with meaningful conversations, awesome prizes, and catching a few fish along the way!

A big thank you to Colorado Parks and Wildlife for donating fishing supplies, and to Walmart in Avon for the awesome prizes. Your contributions helped make this event a success for our community and we appreciate your continued support! We look forward to continuing this tradition and hope to see everyone again next year.

Our administrative offices will be CLOSED Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. Administrative services will resume on Tuesday, May 26th.

We hope you'll join us for our third annual Cops and Bobbers Kids Fishing Derby! This event will be held on May 23, 2026 at the children's fishing pond across from Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle. Due to limited space, we will be dividing up age groups:
5- to 8-year-olds can fish from 8:30am-9:15am,
9- to 11-year-olds can fish from 9:15am-10am, and
12- to 14-year-olds can fish from 10am-10:45am.
Limited number of fishing rods available to keep, first come first serve! Show up 30 minutes early to get your rod and tackle. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 14. Prize drawings and light snacks provided!

What a weekend! Freedom Park was transformed into a kaleidoscope of color this Saturday for the Law Enforcement Torch Run, and we are still buzzing from the energy!

Whether you ran the 2.3-mile challenge, took a colorful stroll around the lake, or just came for the pizza and DJ Krusher’s beats, you helped make a massive impact. Seeing our community come together alongside our local first responders to support the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Colorado was truly inspiring.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who ran, walked, danced, volunteered, or donated. Because of you, Special Olympics Colorado athletes have more opportunities to shine on and off the field. A special thank you to our agency partners, Colorado State Patrol, Eagle PD, Vail PD, Avon PD, Eagle County Paramedic Services, and our event sponsors Edwards Metro District, Domino's, Sundaes, Marko’s Pizza, Mountain Beverage, Mountain Rec, and Vail Rec District!
