We extend our condolences to the Galbreath family and all who knew Heather. Rest easy.

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Heather Galbreath, a former member of our department and a truly beloved member of our community.

After a long and courageous fight with cancer, Heather was taken from us far too soon. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit were an inspiration to all who knew her.

She served with honor and heart, and her impact on this department will never be forgotten. Her family continues to serve alongside us, and we hold them especially close in our thoughts and prayers during this time.

Today, we grieve together — as a department, as a community, and as a family. We honor a life that embodied service, compassion, and dedication to others.

Rest in peace, Heather. Your legacy lives on in every life you touched.
