The Town of Amherst Highway Department is scheduled to begin fall leaf pickup on Tuesday, October 13th.

Please place leaves between the sidewalk and curb. For homes without sidewalks, place leaves along the edge of the roadway. We ask that you please do not rake leaves into the street.

Over the next several weeks, crews will cycle through the Town’s 1,300 streets to collect leaves. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

For complete guidelines, visit the Town website and click 'Highway Department', then 'Fall Leaf Collection'.
