For anyone that has a post office box at Dry Branch: Fire fees were sent out for East Bank Volunteer Fire Department, but if you get your mail at Dry Branch but do not live in the response area for East Bank, you can disregard it. We apologize but since it is a PO Box instead of a physical address, they weren’t able to determine which ones were in our response area and which ones are in Cabin Creek Fire Dept response area. Thank you all for your continued support for our department! Cabin Creek Volunteer Fire Department

For the people at Ferry street that are having to park at the fire department, please do not park anywhere near the bay doors or near the cones so we have room to swing out to go on calls. We appreciate you all!

East Bank VFD responded mutual aid this evening to a working structure fire with Chesapeake VFD and Marmet VFD.
Upon arrival, our crews completed a primary search of the building due to possible entrapment. The search was negative.

Pratt VFD provided coverage for our area while we were committed to the scene. We are proud to work alongside our neighboring departments. Stay safe out there.

The East Bank Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce the acquisition of a new set of extrication tools purchased through Jay Parsons of Atlantic Emergency Solutions. This critical equipment was funded entirely through operational savings, allowing the department to make this investment without incurring any debt or requiring financing
