🚔🚒 East Newark Night Out 2026! 🚑❤️
What a wonderful evening bringing our community together for East Newark Night Out! From exciting demonstrations and hands-on activities to the special ceremony welcoming our new ambulance to East Newark, the evening was a true reflection of what makes our Borough so special a community that shows up, works together, and always puts others first!
A huge thank you to Director Abbot, Captain Fiori, and the East Newark Police Department for helping make this event a success and for their continued dedication to keeping our community safe.
We would also like to recognize Director Tomasko, Chief Graham, Fire Prevention Officer Mark Zidiak, and the East Newark Fire Department, who demonstrated, once again, what it means to serve our community. In true East Newark fashion, our first responders sprang into action not once, but TWICE during the event when calls came in. No matter what is happening around them, they are always ready to answer the call and serve those in need. We are incredibly proud of their commitment and dedication! 🚒👏
A very special thank you to University Hospital President and CEO Carole Johnson, Executive Director of EMS Jason Brady, and the entire University Hospital team for bringing their knowledge, demonstrations, enthusiasm, and incredible energy into our Borough. We were honored to celebrate the arrival of our new ambulance and welcome this important partnership with University Hospital. We look forward to the positive impact this collaboration will have on our community and the care provided to our residents. 🚑❤️
We would also like to extend our appreciation to Ozzy Hernandez from the Hudson County Sheriff's Department for taking the time to join us for East Newark Night Out and show support for our community. Thank you for being part of this special evening!
A sincere thank you to Alex Valdez, Commission-Elect, and Maryam Seddiki from Congressman Rob Menendez’s office for joining us and showing their support for East Newark. We appreciate you taking the time to be part of this wonderful community event!
Most importantly, thank you to our residents, families, and everyone who came out to participate and support our local Police, Fire, Fire Prevention, and EMS teams. Your continued support is what makes events like these so meaningful.
In East Newark, community is more than a word — it is the way we show up for one another, whether at a celebration or when duty calls.
East Newark — Small Borough, Big Hearts! ❤️💙🚔🚒🚑
