Your friendly neighborhood Library Owls were so happy to celebrate Halloween with everybody yesterday. Big thanks to the East Rockaway Department of Public Works, who provided a lot of ingenuity and tools to help us set up! Big thanks to our teen helpers who volunteered their time to help with crafts and giving out trick-or-treat bags. We were so happy to make crafts with you and see everybody’s wonderful costumes! Miss Nancy from East Rockaway Recreation always put on a great big party and we were so happy to take part!
