The Palmer Township Police Department along with many local and state Law Enforcement Agencies participated in the Bushkill Township Home Torch Run today to help support the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Athletes. This was the first event held in the Nazareth area and the support and participation was a huge success!
Law Enforcement Agencies were cheered on by the Athletes and afterwards as several guests speakers pumped up the athletes, we all celebrated with a pep rally, DJ, food and Rita’s to get the athletes ready for next week. We would like to wish everyone the best of luck next week!
We would like to thank everyone who participated in today’s event and those who donated to the Special Olympics to make this amazing event possible!
