September 11, 2001, a day forever etched into the history of our nation. 🇺🇸

Today, Eaton Rapids Township Fire Department stands in remembrance of every life taken too soon and every family forever changed by the events of that morning.

We honor the first responders who ran toward unimaginable danger while others were trying to escape. Their courage was not measured by words, but by their actions answering the call without knowing if they would ever return home.

More than two decades later, their legacy continues in every firefighter, police officer, EMT, dispatcher, and citizen who chooses service before self.

Today, we remember the fallen. We honor the survivors. We stand beside the families who still carry their loss.

September 11 will never be just another day.

🇺🇸 Never Forget. 🇺🇸

Some of our members took a night out of their busy schedules to do some extrication training the other night while we had some scrap cars still at the station! We can’t thank them enough for continuing to take more time away from their families to better their skills and for their continued dedication to our community!
