Former Preble County resident Jonathan Hacker will be spending the next three (3) years in the custody of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. Rather than abiding by his terms of Community Control and obeying the lawful commands of police, he decided to try to run. Fortunately for the citizens of Preble County, his plan was foiled. Luckily, Tony “takedown” Vogel, a former hardworking Preble County Maintenance Employee (now Preble County Auditor’s Office Employee), was there to assist law-enforcement in stopping Mr. Hacker in his tracks. He will now have the next three years to think about why it is important to abide by the terms of community control and to obey law-enforcement commands.
