EBENSBURG, Pa. — In celebration of Mayor’s Day on Saturday, November 14, 2026, Shoe Sensation will donate 5% of its sales that day to the charity of choice selected by Mayor Randy Datsko: the Ebensburg Endowment Fund.
The donation will support a special community initiative through the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies (CFA), which has named Ebensburg one of four recipients of its Small Town Challenge. Through this program, CFA will match funds raised for the selected communities up to $25,000.
The endowment is designed to benefit the local community, with interest earned on the fund distributed back to support the Ebensburg area.
Every purchase made at Shoe Sensation on November 14 will help contribute to the donation. With CFA’s matching opportunity, the funds raised through this initiative can have an even greater impact on the community.
Residents are encouraged to take part in Mayor’s Day by shopping at Shoe Sensation and helping support the future of Ebensburg. Whether purchasing shoes for the family or finding a new pair for the season, every purchase will help make a difference.
Through this partnership, Shoe Sensation, Mayor Randy Datsko and the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies are helping invest in the community and create lasting benefits for local residents.
Shop on November 14, support Ebensburg, and help make every purchase count!
