As of 02/03/2026 Fannin County Commissioners Court has reinstated the county wide burn ban effective today for 2 weeks.

(01/06/2026) Fannin County Judge has signed an emergency Burn Ban order in effect immediately and is good for the next 7 days, then the fire conditions will be reevaluated for extension or let it expire. (County website will be updated as soon as possible)
