UPDATE all three found a home! Thank you for all the shares. They will be getting vaccinated and spay/neutered thanks to donations.

In need of help. As you all know the shelter can not take in cats. I can not bring cats to my house as my husband is allergic to them. These three youngsters have been dropped in Kuttawa.

If you are looking for a kitten and would like to adopt one of these babies please let me know. If you can foster these while we try to find them homes please reach out. We do have donations to get the kittens veterinary care, to include vaccination and spay/neuter.

Gray w/white and the tabby are female. The black kitten is male.

Please message or call/test me at 270-625-3337

Thank you

🐾💜 Another Wonderful Community Business Supporting Our Shelter! 💜🐾

A huge THANK YOU to Akridge Farm Supply Store for allowing us to place a Friends of Crittenden County Animal Shelter donation box in their store!

Akridge already does so much for our community, and we are incredibly grateful that they are once again stepping up to help make a difference. This time, it’s for the dogs at our shelter! 🐶❤️

Every donation, big or small, helps provide the veterinary care, vaccinations, and health certificates needed to get our shelter dogs into rescues and one step closer to finding their forever homes.

We are so fortunate to have businesses in our community that are always willing to lend a helping hand. 💕

Next time you’re shopping at Akridge, stop by and show them some love! And if you have a little spare change, consider dropping it in the donation box. Every penny makes a difference! 🐾

Thank you, Akridge Farm Supply, for supporting our community AND our shelter dogs! ❤️

🐾❤️ Another Wonderful Local Business Stepping Up! ❤️🐾

We are excited to announce that The Shire Bookstore now has a donation box for The Friends of Crittenden County Animal Shelter!

A huge THANK YOU to The Shire Bookstore for supporting our shelter dogs and helping us make a difference! 📚🐶

You may wonder, where do these donations go?

Before our dogs can leave for rescue, they need veterinary care. This includes health certificates, heartworm testing, rabies vaccinations, and other medical requirements that only a veterinarian can provide.

❤️ That’s exactly what these donations help pay for!

Last month alone, 18 dogs left our shelter for rescues with room to take them! 🎉

That’s 18 dogs getting another opportunity to find their forever families AND 18 spaces opening up so we can help more dogs in need.

Rescue is such an important part of what we do. We simply couldn’t help as many dogs without the wonderful rescues, volunteers, and community members who make it possible.

Every dollar donated helps us keep these dogs moving toward brighter futures! 🐾

Thank you, The Shire Bookstore, for being part of that mission! ❤️

And thank you to everyone who drops a little something into one of our donation boxes. No amount is too small to make a difference!
