MNYRs is a nonprofit organization founded by former Minnesota Governor Harold Stassen in 1935 and is made up of politically engaged Minnesotans between the ages of 18-40. Membership in the MNYRs offers a unique opportunity to socialize with other young individuals who share similar values and are actively involved in shaping the future of our state. www.minnesotayrs.org/join

Throughout the years, the MNYRs have had many distinguished current and former members who serve and have served as elected officials and RPM party leaders, from Governors Harold Stassen and Arne Carlson to countless local elected officials. Check out the Hall of Fame to see our distinguished alumni.

We want to sincerely thank Jacob for two great years of leadership, growth, and dedication to our organization. We are grateful for everything he has done for the Minnesota Young Republicans, and we are excited that he will continue to stay involved with the organization moving forward!

Before we closed out the legislative session, the Minnesota Young Republicans were also proud to have hosted two meals at the Capitol for Republican members of the House and Senate as a small thank you for the countless hours of work they put in this session fighting for Minnesotans.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to grow and strengthen the future of the Republican Party in Minnesota!
