Thanks to MnCAN for the opportunity to present to their community last week! We appreciate the ability to collaborate with them and share resources across our communities!
Minnesota Connect Aphasia Now (MnCAN) has recently partnered with the Normandale Center for Healing & Wholeness. Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to present to their community about aphasia, primary progressive aphasia (PPA), and MnCAN programs.
We are excited to continue this partnership, as the Normandale Center will be presenting to our PPA Care Partner group in April. They are a wonderful resource within our community and offer a variety of supportive services for individuals and families.
Some of the services they provide include:
• Care Consultation
• Caregiver Support
• Community Education and Workshops
• Visiting Volunteers and Respite
• Medical Equipment Loans
We are grateful for community partners like the Normandale Center who help support and empower caregivers and families.
