When I couldn't forgive someone, I realized I was the problem. It wasn't them I was hurting, but myself and my connection with God. True forgiveness means understanding its very nature.

Holding onto unforgiveness is like drinking poison and waiting for someone else to die. It rots you from the inside out, backing up like a toxic flood. True freedom comes from letting forgiveness flow, just as it has flowed to us.

We can study theology extensively, but true faith requires practice. Many struggle with the practical expression of forgiveness, despite knowing the facts. This offers a new perspective on putting faith into action.

True forgiveness comes from understanding God's immense goodness towards us. We're called to reflect that same grace, not perfectly, but to the best of our ability, freely giving what we've received.
