Solo and I have started a new adventure. We are closing the practice and devoting ourselves to working with the men and women of the Edmond Police Department.

My heart hurts as I struggle to accept that my sweet friend is gone. To know Derrelynn was to know strength, wisdom, selflessness, kindness, generosity, positivity, love and grace. You will be so missed. May this day of your birth always be a day to remind us of what friendship means and a day to remember your warm and wonderful laugh. Thank you for the light and love you shared and for the help you were always quick to give. You were so loved and we will always remember you. 💙

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the unfortunate and sudden death of a longtime counselor and friend of C.O.P.S., Derrelynn Perryman. She served as a counselor for C.O.P.S. for nearly 20 years at National Police Week, Kids Camp, Young Adults Camp, Siblings Retreat, Spouses Retreat, Parents Retreat and Co-Workers for Couples Retreat. She devoted herself to healing the hearts of survivors across the nation. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially those whose lives she deeply impacted.
