A few quick reminders as we prepare for Friday's BIG FREEZE.

1. Cover your outdoor faucets and any exposed pipes with insulating covers or frost wrap - anything that can help protect pipes from extreme cold exposure, which can lead to freezing.

2. TURN OFF your sprinkler systems - not just at the control panel - but at the valve - to prevent lines from freezing.

3. FINISH high water-use chores BEFORE the cold sets in. This can lower demand as more folks begin to drip their faucets on Friday.

I don't always eat breakfast, but when I do, it's steak! 🥩🍳

I chopped onions and cooked them in beef tallow and butter. I moved those out of the way and put the ribeye steak in the pan and let them finish cooking together. I let the steak rest and cooked 2 sunny side up eggs in the same pan. I put some organic pepper jack cheese on the eggs. Absolutely amazing! 👏 🤩
