Dear Residents,

It's that time of year where some may be turning the heater on. A few things to remember:
1. Please ensure you change your air filter. Filters are available at the leasing office M-F 7:30am-4:00pm
2. The first few times you turn the heater on, there may be an odor. This is normal and should dissipate.
3. If you had a new HVAC unit installed, there may be light smoke and odor. This is normal and should dissipate.

Thank you,
Mayroad
