This event is for families of children with special needs or disabilities, from birth to age 26. 💙 Stop by our resource table to learn more about CAP Council’s programs, services, and resources available to support children and families in our community.

🏈 IT’S GAME TIME, IMPERIAL COUNTY! 🏈

The Imperial County Child Abuse Prevention Council invites you to our Annual Meeting & Election of Board Members on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 6–8 p.m. at American Legion Post 25, 569 Broadway St., El Centro.

We believe strong communities are built when people come together with a shared purpose. Join our team, learn more about the CAP Council, and help us continue working toward stronger families and a stronger community.

We will be electing:
🏈 1 Law Enforcement Representative
🏈 3 Community Members at Large

And since we’re going football style this year… wear your favorite football jersey and come hungry! 🌭🍔🏈 We’ll have all your tailgate food favorites and refreshments.

Whether you’re interested in serving on the Board, supporting our work, or simply learning more about what we do, we’d love to have you join us.
