🚑 🌀 **DMART STORM DEPLOYMENT UPDATE**

Our ProMed Disaster Medical Advanced Response Team (DMART) has made it through the brunt of the storm and is now transitioning into the critical post-landfall phase of the deployment.

As the storm moves inland, our teams are positioned to support local emergency responders, provide medical assistance, and assist with response and recovery operations wherever needed.

The hours and days following a major storm can be just as challenging as the storm itself. Damaged infrastructure, disrupted communications, and limited access to healthcare create additional demands on emergency services.

We are proud of our DMART personnel and the many EMS professionals from Arkansas and across the country who have answered the call to serve communities in need.

Please keep our crews, fellow responders, and everyone impacted by the storm in your thoughts and prayers as recovery efforts get underway.

DMART DEPLOYMENT UPDATE | PENSACOLA, FLORIDA

Our ProMed Ambulance DMART unit has arrived safely in Pensacola, Florida, ahead of Hurricane Isaias.

This incredible photo, captured by ProMed EMT Morgan Halliburton, shows the dramatic cloud deck moving toward the Gulf Coast as the storm approaches.

Ambulance strike teams from the Arkansas Ambulance Alliance and other states are now on the ground, staged and prepared to assist with emergency medical response, patient evacuations, and other needs as conditions warrant.

While our crews are hundreds of miles from home, their mission remains the same: to be there when others need us most.

Please keep our crews, fellow responders, and everyone in the storm's path in your thoughts and prayers.

Showing up. Showing out. And wearing PINK! 🩷

Our ProMed Ambulance team had a great time this morning at Paint the Town Pink in downtown El Dorado! From the pink shirts and glasses to a little creative transportation along the route, our crew was all in for a cause that means so much to so many.

Paint the Town Pink brings our community together in support of the Team Corrie Foundation and its mission to advance breast cancer research, education and awareness. We’re proud to stand alongside survivors, families, friends and neighbors as we remember those we’ve lost, celebrate those who have fought, and support those who are still fighting.

Thank you to everyone who organized, volunteered, participated and helped turn downtown El Dorado PINK this morning. Events like this are another reminder of what makes our community special.

And to our ProMed team members who came out and represented us—you definitely understood the assignment! 🩷🎀

Sometimes a little encouragement goes a long way — especially when you’re putting in the miles for a great cause.

While heading north on Highway 167 toward Little Rock on an interfacility transport, the crew of ProMed Medic 1102 spotted El Dorado Firefighter Jacob Brimmer making his way along the highway. Of course, they couldn’t pass without giving him a little tap on the air horn and a wave of encouragement!

On the return trip home, our crew spotted Jacob again. This time, they stopped for a few minutes to check on him, see how he was doing, and offer a few more words of support.

Jacob and the El Dorado Professional Fire Fighters Local 1074 are raising funds in support of Camp Sunshine — a program that has been serving Arkansas children who have experienced serious burn injuries since 1991.

Camp Sunshine gives young burn survivors an opportunity to spend time with others who have faced similar challenges, build confidence, make lasting friendships, and simply enjoy being kids. Most importantly, campers attend at no charge, thanks in large part to fundraising efforts by Arkansas professional firefighters.

We’re proud to see one of our fellow public safety professionals going the extra mile — quite literally — for these kids.

Jacob, keep putting one foot in front of the other. We’ll keep cheering you on!

We encourage our friends and followers to learn more about Jacob’s effort and consider supporting El Dorado Professional Firefighters Local 1074 and Camp Sunshine.

Fire. EMS. Community. Different uniforms — one mission: taking care of people. 🚑🚒❤️
