Today, October 24, 2026, is the final day of the Fall Fiesta for El Mirage's 75th Anniversary. Today's family fun begins at 11 a.m. with a parade down Thunderbird Road from 127th to El Frio (be aware of road closures along the parade route). The festivities continue after the parade at Bill Gentry Park. Join us for the entire celebration featuring live bands, mariachi, Lucha Libre wrestling, salsa tasting, historic exhibits, games and vendors, and food trucks. Stay till the end (9 p.m.) to see a spectacular drone light show finale sponsored by Microsoft!

🚧 Road Closures | OCTOBER 24, 2026 | 8 AM–1 PM
Thunderbird Road from 127th Ave. to El Frio St., and the access roads to the north and south, will be closed.

⚠️ El Mirage Road to Ventura | OCTOBER 23–24
A section between Thunderbird Road and Ventura will be closed for event operations.

The fun continues tonight, October 23, 2026, with day 2 of the Fall Fiesta for El Mirage's 75th Anniversary, from 5-9 p.m. at Bill Gentry Park. Tonight's fiesta features live music by Thaddeus Rose Band, a b**r garden, historic exhibits, costume contests, a pumpkin patch, a free movie (Hocus Pocus), games & vendors, food trucks, and ends with a drone light show sponsored by Microsoft.

Turn Around, Don't Drown. Your safety is worth the extra time.

Rain in El Mirage can turn roads into dangerous flood zones in minutes. Even shallow, moving water can be more powerful than it appears. If you come across a flooded roadway, turn around and choose another route. Never drive around barricades or through standing water.
