We will not support or endorse candidates from either duopoly party.

We will be single issue, coalition partners when needed to advance liberty.

Texas Republicans followed the orders of their Orange Master and nominated corrupt AG Ken Paxton for Senator. The good news is that John Cornyn, a poster boy for term limits, will leave office in a few months. For Texans who want an independent Senator who defends the Constitution, there is a third choice in November.

🚨 FIRST AMENDMENT ALERT 🚨

Angel Carroll, Jessica Cohen, and Jill Van Voorhis were arrested at the Texas Capitol last August during the redistricting fight. The Travis County Attorney looked at the charges and refused to prosecute. Case closed, right?

Wrong.

The Texas State Preservation Board slapped them with one-year criminal trespass bans from the entire Capitol Complex anyway — no charges, no hearing, no appeal. They can't enter the building Texans built with their tax dollars to petition the people Texans elected. Now they're suing Greg Abbott, Dan Patrick, and the Preservation Board in federal court.

This is what a prior restraint on political speech looks like. The First Amendment guarantees the right to assemble and petition the government for redress of grievances. The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees due process before the state strips that right away. Both got steamrolled.

The LPTexas says it plainly: the Capitol belongs to the people, not the politicians. You don't lose your constitutional rights because you embarrassed the powerful. No prosecution, no punishment — and no secret banishment list either.

Congressman Thomas Massie voted with the Republican Party 73% of the time, that 27% is what cost him his seat. Not because he failed his constituents, but because he refused to bow to party leadership and dared to challenge King Trump and his authoritarian, tyrannical behavior.

This is exactly what’s broken in American politics. Representatives aren’t allowed to represent anymore. They’re expected to serve “The Party”, and if they step out of line, their own machine will take them out.

Let that sink in... they serve the party and not you....

And yes, money absolutely buys elections. Voters have become so disgusted and disengaged that many will simply accept whatever narrative is handed to them.

Let this be a warning to every so‑called “Libertarian” who thinks they can run as a Democrat or Republican and “change the system from the inside.” That era is over. The major parties protect themselves first, last, and always.

Democrat and Republican Primaries are nothing more than a vessel for party business. It's where those two parties vote on their specific parties officers, candidates, etc.

You don’t have to vote in a primary (and we’d encourage you not to if you don’t belong to them) to have your voice heard.

The General Election in November is where everyone should get out and vote!
