The DWI Intervention and Treatment Program (aka DWI Court) is very proud to announce that Judge Robert S. Anchondo has been selected by ALL RISE, the National Organization for Treatment Courts to receive The Stanley Goldstein Treatment Court Hall of Fame. The Goldstein Hall of Fame is the highest honor bestowed by ALL RISE. It is named for the nation’s first drug court judge, Judge Stanley Goldstein. It honors individuals who have made indelible contributions to the treatment court field – those whose work not only has improved individual court programs but has also enhanced the treatment court model and movement. Less than 85 people across the country have received this recognition since the inception of Treatment Courts in 1995. The award will be presented on May 28, 2025 at the ALL RISE National Conference. We are proud of Judge Robert S. Anchondo and grateful for his dedication and countless hours of work with the Treatment Courts. He began the El Paso County DWI Court in October 2004 and has led the Court to be a National Academy Court four consecutive times. Congratulations Judge Anchondo!
