Anger Company, 1-77 AR, 3ABCT

Today Anger Company conducted a tactical PT competition. Platoons jogged a 4.5 mile land nav route with stops along the way. Tasks at each stop included calling up SALUTE reports, 9-lines, litter carries, CBRN training and conducted TCCC. Congratulations to 2nd PLT, AKA Brawlers, for coming in 1st place!

This week 1st PLT was able to present their previous PSG, SFC Langley with a going away gift to show their appreciate for all his hard work. Last month he left the PLT to become the OPS SGM for the Battalion. He took the time to mentor his NCOs and Soldiers and they will always love and remember him. We wish him the best of luck at his new position.

SPC Nguyen transitioned from 11B to 19K, and today he re-enlisted to for another six years. Congratulations!

Anger Company closed out the week by recognizing 4 Soldiers for their outstanding work this week. In order, PFC Smart, PFC Gomez, PFC Abbott, and SPC Martinez were all chosen to receive Certificates of Appreciation. Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed by their peers or leadership. Keep it up and “First Round’s on Us”.

Over the past couple months, Anger Company successfully conducted Gunnery, Platoon STX, and Platoon Live Fire! Throughout these training events, Anger Soldiers have worked extremely hard and proficiently, increasing the company’s overall lethality as the premier tank company in this Brigade. Anger Company is proud to announce that both Sergeant and Specialist Garcia increased their ASVAB scores by over 20 points, after spending countless hours studying and attending 6 weeks of classes at the Fort Bliss Education Center! Job well done gentlemen! First Round is on Us!

This morning, Anger Company conducted a Change of Command Ceremony for outgoing Captain Morales and incoming Captain Reznick. Captain Morales served as the Anger Company Commander for the past 13 months, leading by example and setting the standard for all Soldiers, NCOs, and Officers. He has demonstrated incredible leadership throughout his time in command and paved the way to greatness for our new Company Commander, Captain Reznick. Anger Company bids farewell to CPT Morales, but also incredibly fortunate to have CPT Reznick join the team as our new Anger 6! As always, FIRST ROUNDS ON US!

Today, Anger Company presented Army Achievement Medals to nine Soldiers for their outstanding performance during the Korea Rotation! Not only that, but Tiger 6 also presented Battalion coins to five fantastic Soldiers for their constant hard work and dedication to the job! First Round is on Us!!

Congratulations to Corporal Roberson from 1st Battalion, 77th Armored Regiment for being selected as the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division Hero of the Week!

CPL Roberson stepped up during a shortage of personnel and worked long hours to single handedly execute all of the supply related tasks, on time, to facilitate his company's change of command. Awesome job CPL Roberson! First Round is on Us!
