Representative Lily Limón and I are co-sponsoring an item to terminate the 380 agreement with Meta. Please join us at City Hall Tuesday, June 9 to urge the rest of council to support this item.

It was an honor to recognize and congratulate two El Paso Police Department professionals, Officers Amairani Giner and Mark Perez. The two officers responded to a domestic violence call and survived after the response ended in an exchange of gunfire.

I'm proud of these two dedicated public servants and all the officers who truly make El Paso one of the safesty cities in the country.

It was an honor to recognize the 20th anniversary of the Medical Center of the Americas Foundation this morning. The MCA exists to ensure that the healthcare needs of the Paso del Norte region are met by fostering the growth of a robust life sciences ecosystem, advancing healthcare education and workforce training, and supporting the commercialization of biomedical research and innovation.

Congratulations and here's to many more years!
