We’re excited to partner with Borderland Rainbow Center for this free event happening Saturday, June 6 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Marty Robbins Rec Center. We hope to see you there!

We are at the halfway point of Mental Health Awareness Month, and it’s important to remember to take care of your mental health just as much as your physical health. Checking in with yourself, asking for help when needed, and supporting one another can make a real difference.

We were proud to welcome Emergence Health Network and NAMI El Paso at City Council for a proclamation recognizing Mental Health Awareness Month and the important work they do to support El Pasoans every day. Thank you for continuing to provide resources for those in need. 💚

Nos encontramos a mitad del Mes de la Concientización sobre la Salud Mental, y es importante recordar cuidar de nuestra salud mental tanto como de nuestra salud física. Tomarse un momento para evaluar nuestro propio estado, pedir ayuda cuando sea necesario y apoyarnos mutuamente puede marcar una verdadera diferencia.
