Are you a food retailer, farmer's market operator, entrepreneur or nonprofit looking to expand access to healthy and affordable food?

El Paso County's Healthy Food Financing Initiative (HFFI) offers grants and low-interest loans to eligible businesses and organizations looking to establish, improve or expand food retail operations in underserved communities.

Funding may support facility improvements, equipment, staffing, training, inventory and more!

In observance of National Indigenous Peoples' Day, all County administrative offices and the Enrique Moreno County Courthouse will be closed on Monday, October 12th.
Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 13.

The Enrique Moreno County Courthouse and it's satellite offices will be closing at 3pm today (Tues. 9.26.26) for non-essential services. The early closure is a precautionary measure to help protect County residents and employees from potentially hazardous driving conditions due to severe weather.
