On Monday, December 2nd, the City of El Paso & Parks and Recreation, hosted a Sensory Friendly Tree Lighting ceremony that was held at San Jacinto Plaza. WinterFest is a place for everyone, and the team at Parks and Recreation, as well as various City Mascots and City Departments worked hard to ensure our friends who might prefer a calmer and more quiet environment can enjoy the magic of WinterFest in a way that makes them feel comfortable and welcome!

From a toned down tree ceremony to arts and crafts we were so grateful and thankful to the community for contributing to this event!
