RSVP volunteers serve, without pay, at museums, hospitals, libraries, senior centers, schools, police and sheriff’s departments, agencies serving disabled individuals, and many other non-profit organizations. They work as mentors, tutors, and volunteer coordinators. Volunteers can serve at public and private non-profit organizations or health agencies. Any person, 55 years of age or older who wants to share the benefits of a lifetime of talent is eligible. There are no restrictions based on education, income, or experience. Anyone who wants to feel engaged, active, and appreciated will profit from becoming a part of the RSVP network.
