Transitional Center ror LGBTQ youth is a pilot program in El Paso, TX seeking to empower young individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

LGBTQ street youth contend with sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking violence, trauma, HIV infection, mental health issues and substance abuse than their heterosexual counterparts in the homeless youth population.
