Join us for FREE Sound Bath meditation at EPMA on Sunday, June 7, at 12:00-1:30 PM. As always, no registration is required. Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a blanket for maximum relaxation. The theme of this sound bath is “Protecting Your Energy”
This session centers on the idea that personal boundaries are not about pushing others away, but about creating a sense of safety and sustainability within oneself. We will explore how energy can feel depleted in daily life and how awareness of our limits can support overall well-being. Participants are invited to reflect on where they may feel overextended and what it might look like to honor their needs, even in small ways. The sound bath will emphasize containment and stability, offering a space where participants can experience a sense of energetic support.

Join us for FREE Sound Bath meditation at EPMA on Sunday, May 17 at 12:00-1:30 PM with Instruments of Healing . As always, no registration is required. Make sure to bring a yoga mat and a blanket for maximum relaxation. The theme of this sound bath is “Returning to Self.” This program is in partnership with Live Active EP.
In a world that often pulls our attention outward, this session invites participants to gently reconnect with their internal experience. We will explore what it means to notice the body, the breath, and the present moment without judgment or expectation. Rather than trying to “fix” anything, participants are encouraged to simply observe what is already here. This approach supports a sense of grounding and can help individuals begin to rebuild a relationship with themselves at their own pace. The sound bath will focus on creating a steady, supportive environment where participants can settle into stillness and reconnect with a felt sense of presence.
