This morning, our Peter J. Herrera Patrol Station joined El Paso County leaders to celebrate the completion of the Panorama Village Unit 1 & 2 First-Time Wastewater Project.

This major infrastructure project brings modern sewer service to a community that previously relied on septic tank systems for wastewater management. The project represents a significant investment in public health, environmental protection, and the long-term growth of the area.

We are proud to join our community partners in recognizing this important milestone and the positive impact it will have on Panorama Village residents for years to come. 🚧🏘️👏

🏍️ Motorcycle safety is everyone’s responsibility.

We’ve seen an increase in motorcycle crashes resulting in serious injuries and fatalities across El Paso County. Whether you’re behind the handlebars or behind the wheel, staying alert and making safe decisions can save lives.

Motorcyclists are more difficult to see, so drivers should always look twice before changing lanes or making turns. Riders should wear proper protective gear, obey traffic laws, and ride defensively.

Let’s work together to keep our roads safe and prevent tragedies.
