El Paso Central Appraisal District

The El Paso Central Appraisal District will be closed for business on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. We will resume normal hours of operation the following business day on Wednesday, November 12.

EPCAD will be closed for business on Monday, October 27, to conduct staff training. The building will be closed with no staff present. Staff will not be addressing email or phone calls during this time. We will resume normal hours of operation the following business day on Tuesday, October 28.

The El Paso Central Appraisal District will be closed for business on Monday, October 13, in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. We will resume normal hours of operation the following business day on Tuesday, October 14.

The El Paso Central Appraisal District will be closed for business on Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume normal hours of operation the following business day on Tuesday, September 2.

The El Paso Central Appraisal District will be closed for business on Friday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. We will resume normal hours of operation the following week on Monday, July 7.

The El Paso Central Appraisal District will be closed for business on Thursday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. We will resume normal hours of operation the following business day on Friday, June 20.

The El Paso Central Appraisal District will be closed for business on Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day. We will resume normal hours of operation the following business day on Tuesday, May 27.

There are NO FEES associated with the filing of a protest. You may get solicitations from companies offering to file a protest on your behalf, however, most homeowners can manage the appeals process on their own. Distribution for Notices of Appraised Value has begun. For those whose notices have been mailed out, digital copies are also available on your Property Services page. Notices will continue to be mailed out as values are released.
