🐅Congratulations on completing MLC! 🐅

Today, we celebrate the achievements of SFC Washington (Commandant's List) and SFC Balderas (Commandant's List) for their graduation from the Master Leader Course (MLC). During the course, they learned the skills required to serve in positions of increased responsibility, bridging the gap between Tactical, Operational, and Strategic leadership. Wishing them continued success as they apply these lessons to lead and develop others.

We celebrated the induction of an outstanding soldiers into the Corps of Noncommissioned Officers.

This ceremony represents hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and dedication to service. Becoming an NCO is more than earning a rank, it’s accepting the responsibility to lead and mentor while upholding the standards of the United States Army.

This week the TIGERS conducted the lateral appointment to 1SG for 1SG Parker and the Change of Responsibility for Charlie Company, “Coyotes”. 1SG Parker assumes responsibility of Charlie while 1SG Garcia transitions over to HHC S3 section. While the Coyote family is sad to see 1SG Garcia leave, they are equally excited to welcome 1SG Parker as the Company 1SG. Congratulations gentlemen.
