Army Reserve Enlistment Incentives FY22

Non-prior service Bonus 20,000 6 years plus 2 years inactive

Prior Service Bonus $20,000 must have 3 years time in service 6 years and 2 inactive

Student Loan Repayment $50,000

Montgomery GI Bill Select Reserve Kicker $350 a month for 36 months, 6 years 2 inactive or 7 years 1 inactive or 8 years and 0

Quick Ship Option go to basic train with 7 weeks of contract date $7,000

Officer and Warrant Assessions Bonus $20,000 or Student Loan Repayment $50,000 6 years.

The payment of the bonuses are 50% completion of initial training requirements and 50% at half way point or 50%, 25% 25%. The Student Loan Repayment is 15% or entitlement each year of Enlistment until complete i.e. $50,000 = $8,335 for 6 years.
