Coffee County Schools would like to share important information about Alabama Act 2026-367 and its implications for our schools.

Passed by the Alabama Legislature last spring, this law updates existing provisions related to credible threats involving schools.

We encourage parents and guardians to review the infographic below and the accompanying letter from Superintendent Kelly Cobb. These resources provide information to help families better understand the law and its impact on our schools.

Our goal is to keep families informed while continuing to work together to provide safe, supportive, and positive learning environments for all students.
